FANFICTION!
I’ve recently spotted a place on the net where fans of various books can post their fan fiction, and was stunnned, and thrilled to see two people had already posted some! Both, pretty good pieces of writing. It’s always a bit of a thrill to see fanfiction, because, in a way, for me, it’s like seeing the characters come alive – like puppets you’re normally pulling the strings on, slowly pulling themselves up onto their feet. Like seeing your favourite toys stir and wake up when they think you’re not looking.
Okay…enough analogies already.
Point is, for me it’s so much fun to see how others see Sal, Liam, Maddy, Bob and Becks. So…please ladies and gents, if you feel the urge, please, post away at this site. You can bet I’ll be checking in regularly and maybe if we get enough postings here I’ll organise some sort of a competition, a poll of somesorts for the best story…and of course a prize.
